- Do I need tickets?
- Admission is by donation and no advance ticket is required for individual visits. Groups of ten or more should reserve a time in advance.
- Where do I park?
- Free street parking is available along Mayfield Road, with a small lot behind the building accessible from the side street.
- Is the museum accessible?
- The main gallery, restrooms and program space are step-free. Please contact us ahead of your visit for assistive seating or a guided accessible tour.
- May I take photographs?
- Personal photography without flash is welcome throughout the galleries. Tripods and commercial shoots require written permission.
- Can I donate family objects?
- Yes. The archive accepts photographs, documents and objects tied to Italian American life in Northeast Ohio, reviewed case by case.
