The Century Plaque Program
The Italian American Museum of Cleveland (IAMCLE) invites Little Italy property owners to honor the significance of their home or building with a custom-etched, weather- resistant Century Plaque — a lasting symbol of the craftsmanship and traditions that shaped the neighborhood’s unique character and history.
Members of the IAMCLE Preservation Committee will conduct primary source research to create a historical snapshot of your property, bringing its rich past to life.
Each plaque costs $200, with a lead time of 8 to 10 weeks for delivery, after the research is completed. If you’re purchasing a plaque as a gift, you can request a gift certificate from IAMCLE. Plaques will be personally presented by IAMCLE Director and Italian American historian Pamela Dorazio Dean.
To get started, simply submit the Century Plaque Program form along with your payment.
